XPro Security Solutions offer a standard 12 month Factory Warranty on all new equipment, as well as a 6 month Warranty on all serviceable parts. A ‘Saver Silver’ Contract is recommended during this Warranty period and covers all labour and call-outs during initial 12 month Warranty period.
We offer various types of Service Contracts tailor-made to suit your requirements:
- Saver Silver Contract
Highly recommended during the standard Warranty period on new equipment purchases, this contract includes 4 comprehensive ‘Preventative Maintenance’ visits, conducted on a quarterly basis over the Warranty period.
- Classic Gold Contract
Designed to continue the flawless care for your equipment after expiry of the Warranty period, this contract provides for a comprehensive service that includes the 4 quarterly ‘Preventative Maintenance’ visits, as well as all call-outs, labour and travel costs (within certain distances) during normal working hours.
- Active Platinum Contract
This contract is designed to provide you, our customer, with complete peace of mind, and incorporates all of the above contracts, whilst also including any spare parts used during these visits or call-out
- Passive Ad-Hoc Contract
Any of our services can also be provided to non-contract customers, and attract an additional call-out fee as well as labour, spare parts and travel costs.
- Committed Quarterly Contract
It is strongly recommended that this type of equipment receive care and attention at least every 3 months, in order to extend the longevity of operation, and ensure consistent and reliable performance. With this in mind, we have tailored a contract which includes these quarterly visits for the performance of ‘Preventative Maintenance’ services. No parts are included, and are quoted separately.
- Saver Silver Contract
In order to provide a fast, efficient and accessible source of support, over and above the on-site technical services provided, we also offer a comprehensive helpline service, as well as providing support through various other communication channels. These include telephonic, online (TeamViewer) as well as Skype interaction for video accessibility.
As part of the initial installation and commissioning services performed on the purchase of new equipment, we provide basic operator familiarization training, in order to allow the operator to become quickly acquainted with the operation of the machine, as well as the layout of the control panel. This will also include basic care of the machine and proper shut down procedures.
We can also offer more advanced operator training, as well as first-line technical training.
Over and above this, we also offer Supervisor and Administrator training, which includes networking, report and image downloading and user account maintenance.
